The harbor house is located directly on the sailing harbor of Lemkenhafen and is at the same time only a few steps from the rear Kiter Bay. It therefore has sea views in two directions: the harbor in front and the beach bay in the back. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living and dining area - perfect for relaxing hours in a cozy atmosphere. The equipped kitchen ensures that you can feel at home right from the start. With great Nordic details and a lot of hygge feeling. Particularly popular is the light-flooded living area with a stove and access to a small terrace from which the hustle and bustle of the harbor can be observed. A large dining table has enough space to eat, play games or work. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and the separate toilet. Upstairs there is a spacious living room with a sofa that offers sleeping places for 2 adults as a sofa bed (bed size 1.80 m). A large TV with streaming services and a very carefully selected small library offers plenty of ideas for pastimes - if you have had enough of the direct view of the harbor for a short time. Two armchairs and a cozy reading corner also offer space for different leisure activities. Upstairs there is also a spacious roof terrace with garden furniture. From here you can enjoy the sunset. A steeper wooden staircase with handrail leads to the attic. In the attic there is both the French double bed (bed size 1.40 m) and a bunk bed in the dormer window that is very popular with children. Both the harbor and the bay can also be seen from up here. This bedroom can be separated from the upper floor from both sides with the help of a sliding hatch and thus offers the possibility of a secluded and soundproof retreat. Guest access Vacationers can use the entire living and outdoor area of the harbor house. In the small courtyard there is a lockable shed where the bikes or kite and surfing equipment can be stored. In this shed there is also the washing machine and a bicycle, which can also be used. Bed linen and towels can be booked at an extra cost on request. Final cleaning is a paid part of every booking. Other things to note For the parking lot 20 m away, which is subject to a fee from April to October, a parking ticket is available for the holiday guests in the holiday home, so that parking is free for the guests of the harbor house. Final cleaning after the stay is mandatory and will be charged at 120 euros. The visitor's tax is payable upon arrival.
