Pet Policy: - All pets must be pre-approved and listed on the reservation at the time of booking. If it is apparent that a non-disclosed pet was in the unit, we will request a pet fee from you upon checkout. - A maximum of two dogs is permitted. - Only housebroken pets are allowed. - Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. - Please clean up after your pet, ensuring no traces of them in the yard or house. - Pets must not be left alone at any time. - A non-refundable base fee of $100 per pet is required for each stay. Additional charges may be applied for any extra cleaning of pet hair or waste to ensure the property is restored to its original condition. - Visitors of the guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property without prior consent from the host and payment of the required $100 fee. Additional Cleaning Policy: If the house is left in such a state that additional cleaning is required, the guest will be charged accordingly.
