Welcome to "La casa di Marta", a charming apartment for families located on the first floor of the Breuil Center in the heart of Cervinia. From an access point on the 3rd floor of the condominium, you can easily reach the departure of the cable car to Plan Maison, which is only 150 meters away. Both the supermarket, ski school, ATM, pharmacy and other shops are located in the same building. To enhance the property there is a private closed garage for the exclusive use of our guests. The space The accommodation consists of an entrance, separate from the rest of the apartment and equipped with a ski rack and a useful storage chest. Outside, on the landing, on the sides of the entrance door of the apartment, there is another one with a lock. Inside they find a place, guarded in total safety, ski boots, rock boots, and other similar objects. In the large living room, with dining table, TV, a container for dishes and glasses and a quiet terrace, there is a double sofa bed, able to accommodate two people, next to it, but closed by a door, the equipped kitchen. Separated by a folding door, which divides the sleeping area from the living room, we find the master bedroom equipped with a double bed and various wardrobes and, separated by a hallway, a large bathroom. Guest access The entire surface of the apartment, about 60 square meters, is at the complete disposal of our guests. From the main entrance to the "Centro Breuil" condominium, via the condominium elevator, you can access both the apartment, located on the 1st floor, and the private garage located on the -1 floor.
