Centrally located in a neighborhood, Time Falls Cabin is situated on its own 1.5 wooded acres, so there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. This home offers a cool mountain getaway in the woods with wildlife spotted frequently. Start your mornings on the covered front porch or screened back porch with a hot cup of coffee or tea, soaking in peaceful woodland views, and wind down each evening around the rock fire pit in cozy Adirondack chairs. Just minutes from waterfalls, scenic parks, charming shops, and local dining, Time Falls Cabin blends serene relaxation with easy access to adventure. Whether you’re here to explore or simply unplug, this is a place to renew, refresh, and feel completely restored. **THE RETREAT PROPERTY** When you turn into the private graveled driveway from County Road 106, you will see Time Falls Cabin, along with your own private parking area (2 cars max unless authorized by Host). There are 9 stairs that lead to the covered front porch. This outdoor seating area is an excellent place to unwind at the end of a day full of adventures or enjoy a cup of coffee or hot tea in the morning. Stepping inside the front door, you will love all that this peaceful retreat offers guests. With 1085 square feet of living space, Time Falls Cabin packs a punch with all of its amenities! To the right, there is a well-equipped kitchen. There are stainless appliances such as a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, 12-cup coffee maker, electric water kettle, slow cooker, cooking pots, cooking utensils, dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, eating utensils, coffee mugs, spices, and more! To the left upon entrance is the living area with a comfortable leather sofa that can fold out to a queen bed when needed. There is a gas log fireplace to enjoy on cool mornings when you're inside, and there is Smart TV and very fast Wi-Fi for streaming your own channel subscriptions. For endless hours of fun, there is a 32” Infinity Game Table in the living area that features digital versions of both classic and iconic board games like Hasbro’s Monopoly™, Scrabble™, Trivial Pursuit™, Chutes and Ladders™, Candy Land™, Yahtzee™, puzzles, card games, coloring books, mini-games, and more! The guest favorites of Time Falls Cabin are definitely the outdoor spaces, but the reason this cabin is a guest favorite in our portfolio is because of the two bedroom suites which make this cabin a fantastic choice for 2 couples. The primary bedroom suite has a comfortable king bed with a medium plush GoldiLUX mattress. Like its namesake, the 12" Goldilux isn't too firm or too soft...she's "just right" catering to the masses as a medium perfect plush. There is also a smart tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, vanity, and spacious, custom-tiled, walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom suite has comfortable king bed with a luxury firm OnyxLUX mattress. The OnyxLUX is designed for guests that favor a slightly firmer sleep as a medium firm, very similar to most 12" premium luxury hotel mattresses. The secondary bedroom has a closet, smart tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, vanity and tub/shower combination. Both bedroom suites have exterior doors that open onto the secluded screened porch. There is also an additional bathroom with a toilet and sink, and there is a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Back outside and near the covered front porch, there is a rock fire pit with 5 comfortable Adirondack chairs. You are welcome to use any small pieces of fallen wood on the property that can safely fit inside the fire pit, and firewood bundles are sold at nearby stores. Please only burn firewood, as the homeowners and guests roast food over this fire pit. Extendable marshmallow roasters are located in a kitchen drawer for your convenience, so be sure to bring ingredients for s'more memories :) There is also a wood/charcoal BBQ grill near the fire pit. Waterfalls, national preserve, state parks, zip lining, hiking, picnicking, rappelling, horseback trail rides, canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, wild animal preserve, golfing, swimming, museums, glass blowing, making pottery, skiing (seasonal), unique local dining, antique shopping, scenic drives, and MORE! So that you can experience life on the mountain like locals, we provide our guests with a list of all the attractions and restaurants! Chattanooga is only an hour away - Birmingham and Atlanta are less than 2 hours away! **OUR POLICIES** You will receive an email to e-sign a vacation rental agreement and upload your photo ID before the reservation is complete. This retreat property is dog friendly (small dogs only <20 lbs). 2 dogs max. There is a $69 pet fee per dog. Dogs must be leashed at all times. This retreat property does not allow smoking anywhere on the property. Quiet Hours 8pm to 8am. Exterior security cameras are located at this property. Parking area allows 2 cars max (unless host authorization) There is a $300 security deposit HOLD required for this retreat property. Guests will receive text and email communication from Peaceful Retreats prior, during and after each retreat. **GIVE-BACK** Peaceful Retreats gives back 10% of all revenue commission collected from reservations at Time Falls Cabin to Invisible Warriors.
