The Homestead B&B - Cottage

The Homestead is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. The Cottage is detached from the Main House and features a king size bed, kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a fenced in back yard/patio with a gas grill. A full American breakfast is served each morning in the Main House. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs. The space The Cottage includes personal climate control via central air/heat, a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (stocked with coffees and teas), separate living room with a sleeper sofa, recliner and three Smart TV's each with cable. Guest access Guests have access to the breakfast room and Carriage House lounge where amenities such a microwave, additional coffee stations, spring water, games, DVD's are located. We also provide beach towels and beach chairs. In season, guests can take advantage of our outdoor swimming pool, sun deck, and cedar enclosed outdoor shower. Additionally, our gazebo, wrap around screened in porch and open areas of the grounds available to all guests.
