Our guesthouse is located in Nagylóc, among the gentle hills of Cserhát, in a quiet street, from where the hiking trails are as easily accessible as the best ski slopes in Hungary. The old village of Hollókő is just 10 mins drive and its officially protected as a World Heritage Site. The space Welcome to Your Haven of Peace Imagine arriving at a cozy, renovated little farmhouse, where you can immediately take a seat on the huge, covered terrace. It doesn't matter if the sun is shining or if it's raining; you can start enjoying your relaxation right away. What is the house like inside? In the living room, you can unwind on an extremely comfortable sofa bed. Everything is provided for a pleasant evening: a cozy rocking chair, books, board games, and a flat-screen TV where, in addition to Hungarian channels, you can also watch the offerings of HBO Max and Amazon Prime. In the bedroom, two beautiful, hand-carved daybeds await you, but we have also thought of the children: plenty of toys and books are available for them. The kitchen is compact but we have built in everything you might need: it includes a microwave, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and even a washing machine. The bathroom is also small but has a practical design, with a shower and a toilet. And the garden? That is the true center of relaxation! A 600-square-meter, fully fenced property is at your disposal. Children will love the trampoline, the sandpit, the soccer goal, and the swing. While they are playing, you can cook in a "bogrács" (a traditional cauldron for open-fire cooking) or grill bacon at the designated fire pit – for this, we provide a cauldron, a stand, skewers, and a supply of firewood! On the covered terrace, you can barbecue at any time; upon request, we also offer an electric grill. We are happy to welcome four-legged guests too! Dogs and cats are welcome, and they will have plenty of space to run around in the spacious garden. What does the price include? Practically everything you need for your comfort. The fee for towels, bed linen, parking, Wi-Fi, and the final cleaning is all included, so you truly only have to focus on relaxing. Guest access You can park in the yard or on the street in front of the house. Other things to note The base price is valid for two adults, all additional guests over 14, up to a maximum of four people, HUF 2,000/night. Accommodation is free for children under 14 years of age.
