Rustic cabin with wood fired hot tub and private garden tucked away in a leafy corner of Lanner. Ideal as a base for exploring Cornwall or a cosy retreat, Beechy Den is located within 20 minutes of Truro, Falmouth and both the North and South coasts. Within walking distance of a pub, bakery, chippy and village shop. The space A welcoming and cosy wood cladded cabin, Beechy Den consists of the following: Open plan kitchen/ living area including - Well equipped kitchen area with dining space for 2 people. - Hob/oven - Fridge with ice box - Nespresso coffee machine & kettle - Toaster - Microwave can be provided on request at no extra cost. - TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc Bathroom with electric shower. King size bed, wardrobe. Towels and bed linen provided. Outside decking area with small private garden. Brand new wood fired hot tub for 2025. We will provide fuel for the first heating. Thereafter it can be purchased locally or from our wood store. Happy to fill and heat in preparation of your arrival with prior notice. The property is ideal for 2 adults however we are able to provide the following for small children: - Travel cot (2 available) - High chair (2 available) - Baby bath - Baby/toddler plates & cutlery We do not provide a washing machine however for stays of 5 days or more, I am happy to put a wash through our machine and return wet with a drying rack. Guest access Dedicated parking accessed via a shared drive. We are just next door to help if required- please come and knock or text/call. The property is accessed via a gravel pathway up to the decking.
