The space Welcome to Whispering Birds Cottage Sleeping arrangements: Bedrooms The home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to nine guests in total. Each room is modern, spacious, and ideal for couples, families, or groups travelling together. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed and a Full Bathroom ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (Double Bed at the bottom with Single Bed on top) Bathrooms Two contemporary bathrooms provide plenty of space and convenience, making shared stays easy and comfortable. Living & Dining The main living areas are open, light-filled, and thoughtfully designed to bring everyone together. Whether you’re relaxing after a day at the vineyards or enjoying a quiet night in, the home feels welcoming and effortless. Outdoor Entertaining This is where Whispering Birds Cottage truly shines. Step out to a large covered alfresco area complete with a TV, BBQ, and two striking rustic wood-fire ovens that add character and charm. The backyard also features a beautiful swimming pool, spa, and fire pit area, perfect for long afternoons and cosy evenings under the stars. Games Room Located in the rear shed, the dedicated games room is a standout feature, offering a pool table and foosball table — ideal for kids, teens, and competitive adults alike. Parking Plenty of off-street parking is available with a wide driveway and spacious front yard, making arrival and departure easy for multiple vehicles. Located in Bellbird, NSW, just minutes from the renowned Hunter Valley vineyards • Ideal for families, friend groups, and extended stays • Fully self-contained — you won’t need to leave if you don’t want to • Private and secluded setting with generous outdoor space • Designed for relaxation, entertaining, and making memories • Perfect balance of modern comfort and rustic charm Guest access You have access to the house and the pool during your stay. Only guests who are booked in are allowed on the property, in the house and have use of the swimming pool. The pool equipment room is not accessible to guests. It contains specialised and potentially dangerous equipment, so for everyone’s safety we ask that it isn’t entered. If you notice anything unusual with the pool, please let us know and we’ll organise it straight away. Other things to note Pool Information • The outdoor pool is unheated and kept at the natural outdoor temperature. • Pool towels are not provided.
