The space The Trifecta Lake House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house, with one bedroom on the ground floor for the less mobile or the night owls! Each bedroom has a closet and dresser. Each bedroom except for the master is equipped with a Smart TV for use of your own streaming accounts. The living room is equipped with cable (including Showtime) and an Amazon firestick for use of your own streaming accounts. And, of course, there is Wifi! The linen closet is fully stocked with towels and some necessities in case you forgot one. And of course, there are the amenities provided by the homeowners' association: indoor and outdoor pools, private beach, gym, indoor and outdoor tennis, basketball, picnic area with grills. Guest access At the Trifecta Lake House, you will have full access to the house, except for one small closet upstairs and the garage. Should you wish to use the HOA facilities, for a $75 non-refundable fee, plus a refundable $50 deposit (for key access), and a quick orientation from the HOA, you will also have access to the clubhouse, including tennis (indoor and outdoor), pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub, gym, pickleball court, basketball court, lakeside picnic grounds, and of course the beach!
