Little Rise Guesthouse

Set in a semi-rural setting, this 1 bedroom guesthouse is part of a family property on the edge of Penrith. Only 3 kms from Nepean Hospital and a minute from the M4 Freeway, this spacious guesthouse offers the comforts of home with a peaceful farm feel. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Does have 3 internal steps. Able to accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. An additional fee of $30 per person will be charged for more than 2 adults. The space The guesthouse is a separate building on a one acre family property. There is a main house where the host lives and another small house further to the back of the property. The guesthouse has one large bedroom with a large built in wardrobe. It contains a queen bed and a sofa bed. Next to the bedroom is a large room containing the kitchen/dining/loungeroom. There is a mudroom - a small entrance room with additional storage. Off the mudroom is a combined bathroom/laundry with washer and dryer. There is a shower but no bath. There is also a small backyard with a bbq. Guest access All rooms of the Little Rise guesthouse are yours to use including the small back yard. Registration Details PID-STRA-87164
