Also close to Forest Park, Art Museum, Zoo, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities. Very peaceful community. Absolutely No drugs, smoking of any substances or vaping inside the home. If any signs of smoking are found in premise an extra fee will be charged (minimum $500) *You will be located in a good neighborhood. Please respect the community and be respectful of neighbors. No loud music, noises or activities after 10pm. Small gatherings of 5 people are acceptable but absolutely no parties!!!!.
