Sunroom:** A bright, climate-controlled sunroom includes a pullout sofa, creating a cozy spot for relaxing or for additional guests. Basement Den:** Head downstairs to the finished basement, a fantastic hangout area featuring a large TV for movie nights. You'll also find a cabinet stocked with board games, puzzle books, and coloring books for all ages. Kitchen & Bath:** The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for preparing your favorite meals. The home has one full bath that has been fully updated. Parking & Yard:** The house offers private off street parking and the backyard is fully fenced for your four legged friends to unwind. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property excluding the shed in the backyard. Other things to note Laundry:** You are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the basement. Please be aware of the low ceilings in this specific area. Family-Friendly:** We provide board games, books to read, puzzle books, and coloring books for guests of all ages. Pet Friendly:** We have everything you need to make Fido feel at home as well. Feel free to move the plush comfy bed wherever you pet feels comfortable. Help yourself to the leashes and clean-up bags by the door exiting the sunroom. We allow a maximum of two dogs. We will not approve more than two. We do not allow cats.
