Two King and Two Twin Beds in French Town

Maison Champignon (aka The Mushroom House) is a charming 3BR/1BA getaway with a warm French-Country feel, nestled in the heart of St. Charles historic Frenchtown District. It's within walking distance to one of the highest rated coffee shops in the state along with a cute little cafe. All three rooms have incredibly comfortable beds. The whole vibe in the home is eclectic as all of the decorations are from all over the world! The space This home is in such a great location. Set right on 2nd street, you can walk right on over to Course Coffee (seriously, our most favorite coffee shop - EVER). Or, if you want to go to a brewery or a cute brunch cafe, the street has everything you need. If you're lucky, you'll book on a weekend where there is a festival. It's also just minutes from Main Street St. Charles. Other things to note Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. You can add the pet fee onto your reservation. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
