The space This beautiful newly built house sits right along the Kamo River, offering a peaceful and scenic retreat in the heart of Kyoto. Large windows fill the space with natural light throughout the day, and from the living and dining areas, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the river and the changing seasons. The spacious interior features wooden flooring and a clean, Nordic-inspired design, creating a relaxing and refined atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony to take in the fresh air and the serene river flowing just below—it’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening reflection. The home includes 3 bedrooms: 2 with queen beds and 1 with two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. There is a large bathroom with a soaking tub, and two toilets, making it convenient for longer stays or group travel. Located in a quiet residential area away from the busy city, you can experience Kyoto like a local—whether you're sightseeing or simply relaxing in nature. Guest access The property has become a set of charter one day. Therefore, you can freely use all the room. However, storage facilities, such as a closet, please do not use. Other things to note • We provide frying pans and tableware, but for hygiene reasons, please bring your own seasonings. • As this is a room-only stay, we do not provide yukata or pajamas. • Please note that if you lose the key, you will be charged for services such as dispatching someone to unlock the door and creating a new key. • As this area is a protected area with many wooden buildings, smoking is prohibited indoors and in the surrounding areas.
