Welcome to Rafeenan House, a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse nestled in the heart of the picturesque town of Ramelton, along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. The house overlooks the River Lennon, making it the perfect spot to slow down and soak up the beauty of Donegal. You’re just a short stroll from Ramelton’s restaurants, pubs, and local attractions - everything you need to experience the magic of this historic riverside town. The space Three bedrooms - 1 king size and 2 double beds. Outside: Private courtyard leading to an outhouse (perfect for storing bikes, kayaks, wet gear etc.) Ground Floor: Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a wood-burning stove and range cooker, a small bathroom and access to the private courtyard. First floor: Cosy sitting room with wood-burning stove and river views, bathroom with shower, and small bedroom with double bed. Second floor: Spacious bedroom with king size bed, a roll-top bath, and a dedicated workstation. Small bedroom with double bed next door.
