The Costa Smeralda on the northeast coast of Sardinia fascinates all visitors every year. So you can enjoy the hot midday hours in the shade and in the evening you can relax with a glass of wine. Numerous restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity (100-800 m). A supermarket can be reached in 600 m distance or 7 minutes on foot, further supermarkets and numerous shopping facilities are in Olbia, the drive there takes about 8-12 minutes (7-8 km). The holiday home is situated between two beautiful bays with picturesque beaches, both of which you can reach on foot in a few minutes, three other fine sandy beaches are also only 1.5 - 3 km away. To/from Olbia airport you drive about 15 minutes (11 km), the ferry port is about 8 km or 13 minutes by car. Parking spaces are available on the road.
