The property features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, offering comfortable, well-distributed, and fully equipped spaces. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, crib, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers two full beds, is fully private, and shares a bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with dual access—from the bedroom and directly from the patio, perfect for pool use. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, designed especially for children but comfortable for adults as well, and includes a walk-in closet. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed, walk-in closet, and shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom. Common areas include a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a dining table for 8 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4 additional bar seats, ideal for gathering together. The entertainment garage features a home-theater style area, pool table, poker table, fitness zone, bicycles for exploring the neighborhood, and a piano and reading corner for relaxation. The backyard is a highlight of the home, offering a heated pool, children’s playground, BBQ area, pickleball and basketball court, soccer field, and a ping-pong table. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home and all areas within the property, including bedrooms, common areas, the entertainment garage, and the backyard with all amenities. Outdoor areas enclosed by fencing are part of the property and available for guest use. Any exterior areas without fencing are part of the surrounding neighborhood and must be respected at all times, as the home is located in a very quiet residential area. ⚠️ Important: Parking is allowed only in designated parking areas. Parking on gardens, grass, or green areas is not permitted, either on the property or within the neighborhood, to ensure respect for the community and neighbors.
