Private clubhouse access, daily continental breakfast and cleaning included •. At check-in, a $250 hold will be placed on your credit card. This is not a charge, but a temporary authorization to cover any incidental expenses you may incur during your stay (such as food, beverage, or other clubhouse services). How it works: • The hold is placed when your card is presented at check-in. • If there are no incidental charges, the hold will be released within 24–48 hours after checkout. • Once released, the funds will reappear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time—it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days. • If any charges were made, only the amount used will be charged, and the remaining balance (if any) from the hold will be released.
