If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. *This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 extra cleaning fee. *This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm. *STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned. *Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge. THINGS TO KNOW: *Parking - There is plenty of parking directly out the front across the road. For the beach carpark this is 4 hours free parking and is unlimited overnight.
