Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops. To help maintain the home and ensure a clean, comfortable stay for all guests, pets must be kept off all furniture and bedding at all times. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during this time to respect the surrounding neighborhood. Exterior Security Cameras The property is equipped with two exterior security cameras that face the street and the lake only. There are no cameras inside the home.
