Beautiful stone farmhouse

Beautiful 19th century stone farmhouse. The 65 m2 accommodation is located at the end of the owners' house (independent entrance and garden, common gate). Capacity 4 people (possibility 6 people on request). The space The house includes an equipped kitchen - Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, citrus juicer, dishwasher - living room, bathroom with toilet, laundry room, washing machine, garden, barbecue. 2 bedrooms: one with a 140/190 bed and another with 2 single beds. You have to go through the bathroom to access it. The toilet is in the bathroom. If you are more than 4 people: 3rd bedroom upstairs with 140/190 bed (supplement to be paid on arrival). Private 500 m² south-facing lot with 1 parking space and another space outside the property. We leave the pool open to vacationers between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. We enjoy it in the evening or when you're away. The pool is heated in July and August (June and September depending on the weather) Bed and bath linens are provided. For cleaning we leave the choice: EITHER YOU DO IT THOROUGHLY OR YOU CAN PAY €40 corresponding to the cleaning lady's fee *****CLEANING TO BE DONE ON YOUR DEPARTURE******: if you choose not to do it then we ask for €40 in cash for the cleaning lady. You have to do the house cleaning OR pay €40 by cash if you do not wish to do it). No smoking allowed Very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by vineyards and fields: car essential!
