This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a king-sized bed in the gulf side master suite and two twin beds in the guest room. The spacious living room also has a convertible bed for extra sleeping space. The master bath has a walk in shower and the hallway bath has a shower/tub combo. The front entry/office space also has a convertible sofa that pulls out to a full bed. This space is perfect for two couples or just one if you want separate bedrooms. The full kitchen has everything you need to whip up any meal. Dine indoors at the dining table or outdoors on the covered balcony. Guests will have full access to all areas of the unit. This unit provides 1 covered off-street parking space under the building. Keys will be provided for access to the gated pool deck, lobby, and community room. Exterior restrooms are available with key access from the South breezeway. You will have the entire unit to yourself and check-in remotely without needing to meet us. We are just a short drive away near downtown St. Pete if you need anything during your stay. The condo building is located in the perfect area of Indian Shores. Under a 10-minute walk to a coffee shop, miniature golf, and one of the best seafood restaurants in the area. Many other shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. Located on Gulf Blvd, the condo has quick access to the Beach Trolley that runs from Clearwater Beach in the North to Pasagrille in the South. Also available is a multi-use path with dedicated bike/ped lanes and multiple crosswalks.
