Rutt's Carlton, located in Cholla Bay has beautiful ocean views from every room in the house. Located 8 houses from Tucson Beach, it has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath. The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor along with a large kitchen/living room. There is also a half bath and outdoor shower on the main floor. You'll find a huge patio that looks out at the ocean, and plenty of seating to enjoy the view. The space We have a fully stocked kitchen,: plenty of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, serving pieces, a blender, toaster.... There is a beverage fridge in the great room and filtered water and ice on the door of the main refrigerator. We have seating for 4 at the island and a large dining table that comfortably fits 6-8 people. The second floor has 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and ocean views. One bedroom has a queen bed the other has a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds that are extra long and extra wide. Guest access There is plenty of parking at the house. We have several restaurants you can easily walk to: J.J.'s Cantina, Mr. Fish Taco, the Oyster Bar and Xochitl's. Cholla also has 2 convenience stores and we are just about 10 min from town. There is a playground with a basketball court about 2 blocks from the house. Other things to note While we don't have any personal items in the bedroom's this is our family's second home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. There are games, puzzles and books (if you take one, feel free to leave one if you'd like) for you to enjoy.
