Tiny home in Carbondale

The tiny house is on the edge of a 4 acre pond. Full mattress in a loft, stairs and a handrail to get up, it's a bit over 5 feet for headroom, please note, a loft bed is not for everyone. Cabin is in the woods with bugs, poison ivy, and animals. There are all sorts of creatures swimming in the pond below, along w/ fish and turtles. Fishing is catch and release. If you want to be in a kind of raw nature setting without landscaping, tom, your host, will guide you in this experience. The space Pricing is for 2 guests. No WIFI, local channels only on TV. There is a $30 fee for dogs $10 each additional pet. Friday and Saturday must be booked together or a surcharge of $50 for a 1 night stay on the weekend. There is 3 night limit for holidays, SIU events, Christmas, thanksgiving, etc. 11% state and local tax included in price. The tiny house has a full size bed in the loft with stairs. It is a small space and will accommodate 1 to 2 persons comfortably. Not for a family or more than 2 persons unless requested. Guest access Entire cabin is yours when you rent. The canoe and rowboat are shared with 2 other cabins. This cabin is located in the back of toms property, you will drive by tom's working cabin on the way in. Cabin has no key code, Check in is with Tom. He will provide you with the guest info as well as local information. The tiny house has its own fire pit picnic table charcoal and gas grill. I will furnish the gas you furnish charcoal. Reservations can be made only from January to December of current year Other things to note there is a $15 per day for firewood The pet fee is $30 $10 each additional pet collected by me personally. no fee for the boats or lake access. Pizza can be delivered the the tiny house. dog fee is collected by me personally. Please recycle while staying in the Tiny House. Also note a 3 night requirement for all holidays and SIU events
