We have a gated community, with 4 private apartments of 50 square meters and 2 separate bedrooms: one ground floor of 20 meters (bedroom 5) and one on the 1st floor of 30 meters with a private viewpoint (SUITE). Beautiful and cozy, each apartment consists of 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, 2 nightstands with lamps and 1 bunk bed, air-conditioning, shelves, closets with built-in hangers, a full-length mirror, and a door with exit to the balcony with hammock and garden view. Bathroom with hot shower, closet and mirror. In the living room, we have a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan and a full kitchen equipped to prepare your breakfast and other meals, cable led TV, Wi-Fi and a super ventilated and private balcony with a wonderful hammock and garden view, all prepared with great affection to provide comfort and privacy. There are also bed and bath linens. We have our overlook from which you can contemplate the most beautiful sunset with a panoramic view of all of Jericoacoara, overlooking the sea, the dunes, Serrote and the entire national park. Super ventilated and private balcony with a wonderful hammock. A beautiful garden with lawn, swimming pool and a super shower, to cool off when returning from the beach. We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the area. We are located 400 meters +/- from the JERI Center (8 minutes walk), and 300 meters from the beach in the same line (6 minutes walk). Very well located for those seeking tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of buggies, ATVs... a place to want to live. Our guests have free access to the Lookout Point with a beautiful view of the sea, the dunes and the sunset dune, Serrote (petrified dune), in short, it is a beautiful sight. You also have free access to the Garden with swimming pool, our super shower and barbecue, always respecting the permitted hours. We also have a laundry room and a social bathroom. I will always be available for whatever is needed via WhatsApp or in person when possible. I have lived in Jericoacoara for 18 years, this small village that receives millions of people a year and still has its charm with all the natural beauty. The simplicity and the quieter life made me love this place more and more. I am absolutely certain that, just as I am still enchanted, you too will be enchanted. Inside the village, the best way to get around is on foot, because there are few streets and small sandy lanes. In addition to being healthier for you, it will be healthier for our environment. The tours are made by buggy, quadricycle or Hilux, it is up to the guests. We have the parking lot cars to get around too, being requested by phone calls. For those looking for tranquility and a good night's sleep, our apartments are ideal because they are located far enough from the nightclubs and, at the same time, close to everything you need. The walk to the center and the nightclubs takes around 7 to 8 minutes on foot. The beach is on the same line as Duna do Pôr-do-sol, 400 meters on the same line.
