Inside, the light-filled living area—perfect for movie nights on the TV or quiet moments with a good book or board game from the thoughtfully curated shelf. Cook up a storm in the full kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, rice maker, and all essential cookware. Let the bold red splashback bring a vibrant touch to your cooking area, while sleek cabinetry keeps things uncluttered. Dine at the round table positioned perfectly beside the breathtaking cityscape backdrop. After meals, step outside onto the small balcony for a glass of wine as ferries glide across the water and the lights of Sydney shimmer into dusk. As night falls, sink into the cosy queen bed dressed in warm-toned linens, with soft lighting and blackout curtains enhancing your comfort. Drift off to sleep with harbour views just beyond the window. Slide open mirrored cupboard doors to access the cleverly integrated bathroom. Though compact, it includes a glass walk-in shower, vanity, and modern fittings, making it a streamlined and efficient space for refreshing after a day out. Access shared laundry facilities on level one, equipped with both a washer and dryer, available to guests for a fee. Relax in the shared garden area on the same level, a peaceful retreat with outdoor seating amid leafy surrounds. A portable heater and portable fans are provided to ensure year-round comfort. For families, a high chair and a portacot are available upon request. Secure parking is included for one vehicle in the building’s garage (height restriction 1.85 metres). Please note that the designated parking space is tight and may not be suitable for larger vehicles. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. A communal laundry is located on Level 1. Guests are kindly asked to keep the space clean and tidy after use. Two communal clotheslines are also accessible via the rear fire exit on the same level. Please note: Feeding birds or wildlife from the building or on common property is strictly prohibited. This behaviour encourages animals to return and may result in damage to wooden window frames and electrical wiring. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please confirm with our team prior to your arrival to verify if these options can be accommodated. ✔ All linen and towels are professionally and commercially laundered. ✔ Everything is replaced between every guest stay, always fresh, always clean. ✔ Some stubborn stains may not lift, even after multiple treatments, but rest assured everything is fully sanitised and hygienic. The shared laundry in the building uses coins, so it’s a good idea to have some on hand. Breaking notes nearby can sometimes be tricky, but once you’re set, the machines work really well.
