Both bedrooms feature handcrafted king-size beds with luxurious linen and their own bathrooms, making it ideal for couples, families, friends or colleagues travelling together. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto a large outdoor deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the mist roll across the paddocks and horses graze nearby. Although located on our family farm, the guesthouse is completely separate from the main residence, allowing guests to enjoy their own peaceful retreat while we’re nearby if needed. Less than 10 minutes from Sale and RAAF Base East Sale, Feather & Nest is perfectly positioned for business travellers, contractors, wedding guests and those wanting to explore Gippsland. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire guesthouse, including both king bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, living areas and the spacious outdoor entertaining deck. You’re also welcome to enjoy the surrounding gardens and our full-size tennis court. Whether you’re watching the sunrise over the paddocks, enjoying an afternoon on the deck or simply soaking up the quiet country atmosphere, the space is yours to relax and unwind. Other things to note Feather & Nest is nestled on a peaceful working cattle farm, so during your stay you may see cattle, horses, farm vehicles and the occasional farm activity—it’s all part of the authentic Gippsland farm stay experience. Although we’re on the property, the guesthouse is completely separate from the main residence, giving you your own private space to relax and unwind. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, paddocks and abundant birdlife, you’ll also encounter native wildlife and insects from time to time. For your safety, all farm fences are electric ⚡ and should not be touched. Please ensure gates remain closed at all times. EV charging is not available on site due to the property’s rural electrical infrastructure. To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere that guests love, only registered guests are permitted on the property, and parties or events are not allowed.
