This self-contained cozy space features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a covered patio, and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that the backyard is currently undergoing improvements, and we will update this listing once the enhancements are complete. While we have previously allowed pets on the covered patio, persistent issues with indoor carpet odors have made it necessary to implement a no-pet policy. Other things to note Dear Guests, Due to previous issues with pet owners not following house rules, I am currently unable to accept guests with pets unless they are fully house trained. For larger dogs, they are welcome to stay outside, while small dogs can stay indoors, but they cannot sleep on the bed or couch. Please bring your own crate or sleeping pad for them. Additionally, it’s essential that your dog is flea-free. Dealing with fleas is both exhausting and costly, and I want to avoid this situation altogether. Thank you for your understanding and consideration  Kitchen Supplies: Welcome to our fully equipped kitchen! You’ll find all the essentials needed for cooking, including basics like salt, pepper, and oil. We provide a selection of condiments for your convenience—just be sure to check the expiration dates before use. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee or tea with the coffee maker available for your use. If you’re a fan of fresh coffee, feel free to bring your favorite coffee beans! We do have some on hand, but it’s limited. If you're not familiar with how to use the coffee maker, no worries! Instant coffee is also available, and you can easily access the manual by scanning the barcode on the machine. It offers step-by-step instructions or you can refer to the printed manual located above the coffee maker. It’s user-friendly, making it simple for you to enjoy your brew.  Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.  Towels: Please do not take our towels to the beach. If you plan on visiting Lakes Entrance or other beaches, kindly bring your own beach towels. Also, don’t wash soiled towels, I wash them myself.  Accessibility: This accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users due to stairs and the layout.  Safety for Children: The upstairs area is not recommended for families with small children, as there is no gate at the top of the stairs. Please check with us before booking if you have little ones, as we cannot be held liable for any accidents. Booking our property means you understand and accept these terms and conditions. Pet: I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but due to past experiences with guests who brought pets, we have encountered persistent odor issues from urine in the carpet. Despite assurances that pets would behave, the cleanup has often required extensive time and resources to address. As a result, this accommodation is no longer suitable for pet owners unless they can ensure their pets remain comfortably outside on the covered patio, which can be made quite cozy with your own pet bed.
