Paradise Point! Ocean and lake views very secluded
Paradise Point, beautiful and secluded, ocean views, 800m lake frontage
Description
A developing Eco-resort, effectively off-grid with power and water, on 23 acres with a house and cottages. Visitors here are very surprised. Your group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique home with very interesting views, and water views over 200deg from the Upper Deck. There are several decks. 2 large bedrooms with ensuite, and one very large very unique ensuite bedroom upstairs with amazing views. Sleeps 8, with 3 Queen beds, and 2 singles. The singles are upstairs near a Queen. The space Where the Sea Eagles soar. The house is an architecturally designed renovation, with excellent quality and ambience throughout. The bedrooms are very quiet and peaceful, as with the whole house. This is aided by the fact that there is NO passing traffic, we are at the end of a laneway. Birdlife is abundant, and we regularly see 2 Sea Eagles, and occasionally 3-4 enjoying time together, in the air, naturally. When most people hear Sea Eagles communicate for the first time, they are quite surprised. Echnidas can be readily spotted on warmer days, but even in Winter, Wombats are common but nocturnal and occasionally we have kangaroos, deer and twice an Emu. Guest access Guests have sole access to the Main House, and the onsite manager will provide the keys and other necessary information. Walking access to the Lake is in 3 locations, allowing one to walk almost 2km lakeside when the Lake is at lower levels. When the lake is completely full and about to burst open to the ocean, there is no walking lakeside. Guests have full walking on 23 acres, subject to being polite and avoiding other structures and accommodation. Some necessary cupboards are naturally restricted from access, containing linen, blankets and internal property maintenance equipment. Other things to note Please follow all house rules as explained by the host on site. Most visitors are surprised how beautiful the whole location is. It is secluded, not isolated, and is aptly named Paradise Point. Whilst we are pet friendly, with one accepted only, and with 23 acres that's not surprising, pets means cats and dogs. We don't accept camels, horses etc. We do ask for what pet type and breed you would like to bring with you. Certain breeds like Bull Terrier dogs are not accepted, and dogs that bark a lot at night could disturb other guests and so they wouldn't be accepted. We ask that potential guests inform us accurately about their pets.
