Laundry (washer & dryer) is available. This is space is suitable for 2 adults. There is a covered, reserved parking space on the 3rd floor. There are 2 pools, a gym, and ample paved walking paths . The location is 1 mile from grocery, bars, restaurants, coffee shop, and recreation/park. Guest access Some cabinets & closets will be locked. Other things to note This property is not a full-time rental unit. It is a part-time residence for the host. Please expect that access will be restricted to closets & a few cabinets/drawers. Forcing open any locked 🔒 area will result in a damages fee of $50 per area.
