Well equipped and located in a gated community with an internal camera circuit and 24-hour concierge, access to the beautiful Ipioca beach and the Hibiscus beach club, a paradise restaurant. You can stay with your family feeling at home, as the place is very quiet and cozy. It has 5 en-suites, all with split air-conditioning, 5 internal bathrooms and 2 large rooms with smart TV, sofas, one of them air-conditioned and integrated with the complete and well-equipped kitchen (5-burner stove, microwave, sandwich maker, mixer, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, blender and all other utensils), service area with washing machine, aluminum clothesline. The house also has 4 balconies, two of them with hammocks and one suitable for meals. Gourmet area with barbecue, refrigerator, sink and open to the pool. Other things to note (*) The Condominium is Residential, conducive to rest and tranquility, and the common law of silence must be observed between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. During the rest of the period, sounds and noises should be used without excess; (*) A list with the full names and respective ID numbers of all occupants (including children) and license plates of the vehicles that will enter the condominium that must be passed on to the owner up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
