Parking is limited and unreserved; while we strive to accommodate everyone, on-site spaces may be full after hours and during high season. * There are 32 stair steps to get to the villa from the parking area, our staff will help you with the luggage on the check in. * Electricity is charged extra at the end of the stay, at 7 bahts per unit of what you use. There won’t be refunds because of the stairs. There is a house in front of the property, in the pictures you can see the roof of it, but there’s still a nice Seaview from the balcony.
