Charming studio in Chur – everything within reach

Our newly renovated and cozy studio offers everything you need for a pleasant stay – ideal for couples or solo travelers who want to discover the oldest city in Switzerland and its beautiful surroundings. The location is ideal: the train station and the city are about a 15-minute walk away. From here you can quickly reach the mountain regions of Graubünden, the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort, Lake Cauma or take a ride on the famous Rhaetian Railway. The space The newly renovated studio with a size of 16 m2 has a new fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher and oven. The bathroom offers a sink with a mirror cabinet, a shower and a window. The TV is easy to turn to the 1.60 wide, new box spring bed. Next to the entrance there is a secondary room with washing machine/dryer, which you can use. We provide bed linen and hand/shower towels. End your day on the patio in front of the studio and enjoy the mountain landscape! Guest access Thanks to our modern Nuki lock system, you have access to the studio at any time. Access is possible around the clock – conveniently and securely by code.
