Escape to Tranquility - Amelia Island Villa

This one level condo is located on Amelia Island Plantation, a gated community within the Fairway Oak Villas area. The front of the condo is situated on a quiet, live oak canopied road. The rear of the condo faces the 2nd hole of the Marsh Golf Course. You will find updated furnishings, well stocked kitchen, 2 flat screen TVs & high speed internet. The Fairway Oak Villas have 2 swimming pools within a short walking distance. Beach is 1 mile. Bookings accepted up to 6 mos. in advance. The space The main bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjacent house bathroom with tub/shower. There is a sleep/sofa with a full-size mattress in the sunroom. The dining table, also in the sunroom, seats six. Other things to note While we allow guests to stay more than 28 days, we have limited total stays to two months or less and request interim cleaning at renters expense if stay is over 30 days. Booking is allowed no more than six months in advance. We allow only one small dog under 15 pounds.
