Beautiful cottage with mezzanine for 2-4 people, bright and comfortable, in a 17th century stone farmhouse, surrounded by nature (Gorges de l'Hérault). Pleasant covered private terrace overlooking our vineyard and the valley, usable in any season. Equipped kitchen, seating area with sofa bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, double bed in mezzanine, WiFi, TV. Swimming pool, private access to rivers (Buèges and Hérault). Close to Saint Guilhem le Désert, Pic Saint Loup, South Cévennes. The space In the countryside, overlooking our organic vineyard, the Mas des Hauts d'Issensac dates from the 17th century. Perfectly furnished, isolated but easily accessible, this haven of peace gives the opportunity to settle down, meet, enjoy nature, the swimming pool and the surrounding rivers for unforgettable moments with your loved ones. To access the cottage there is a staircase, you enter from the covered terrace from where the view is splendid. There is the living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (very comfortable because it is equipped with a real mattress) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The wooden mezzanine brings a lot of charm but you have to be careful with your head, it is a little low :) you will find a double bed there. The accommodation is air-conditioned! The velux and its electric shutter will allow you to choose if you want to be awakened at dawn to try to observe beavers and otters that "re"populate our rivers or if you prefer to be a groundhog while waiting to go to the pool... At the Domaine des Hauts d'Issensac, there are a total of 3 gites (totally independent with distinct entrances): - Le Cocon de la Buèges (this cottage) for a maximum of 4 people. - La Verrerie des Papés for up to 10 guests - La Demeure du Marquis for up to 9 people It is also possible to privatize the entire farmhouse. The accommodation is not rented for parties. Guest access You have all the necessary amenities. The equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, etc.) overlooks a covered terrace where it is good to have breakfast facing the valley and our vineyards. Within walking distance, you will have private access to swim (the Hérault and the Buèges). The swimming pool, ping pong table, petanque court, parking and beaches are the only spaces that are shared with the possible occupants of the other 2 cottages.
