Welcome! The space The apartment offers the perfect space and amenities for your stay, with a cool and pleasant climate during the day and cold at night. It is ideal for tourism, remote work, attending events in the city, medical appointments or simply if you want to rest, whether you travel alone or with your family or group of friends. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hot water. The fully-equipped kitchen guarantees comfort and safety when cooking. The living-dining room, with its beautiful view of Pico Bolivar, creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a delicious coffee in the mornings. In the residential complex, you can enjoy exclusive amenities such as soccer and basketball courts, as well as a swimming pool. It is surrounded by shops, a pharmacy, a bakery, and restaurants. It is a few minutes by car from several of the city's main tourist attractions, such as the Botanical Garden, the Chorros de Milla Zoo, the Bullring, La Isla Park and the Mukumbarí Cable Car. It is also very close to the Faculties of Architecture, Sciences, Engineering, Law, Humanities and FACES of the ULA. If your plan includes exploring the Merida moorland, El Valle or La Culata, you will also have quick access. But in addition, it has convenient access to the rest of the city as it connects with several of the main road arteries (Av. Las Américas, Av. Los Próceres and Av. Universidad). NOTE: Our accommodation is designed to ensure a comfortable stay for a maximum of 6 guests, including infants, children, and adults. We do not accept more than that amount. Guest access Entire private accommodation. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the amenities of the residential complex (swimming pool and sports courts). Other things to note CHECK-IN: - You'll receive basic instructions after booking, and we'll contact you days before your arrival day with more specific instructions. - Our property manager will assist you upon arrival. - Check-in must be between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. - Early check-in depends on whether the apartment is cleaned on time. You can ask if early check-in is available the day before your arrival, and we'll confirm if it's possible. CHECK-OUT: - Check-out must be before 10:00 AM on the departure day indicated on the reservation. - Our property manager will assist you with your departure. - The day before check-out, you'll receive messages with specific instructions. - There is no late check-out, as we need to prepare the apartment for the next guests. But you can contact us during the morning of your departure day to confirm availability. PARKING: - We only have one parking space available.
