The space Our home sits on a peaceful, elevated street in leafy Cordeaux Heights. The quiet neighbourhood offers a sense of retreat while still being only 5 minutes from shop, 10-15 minutes from Wollongong’s beaches, CBD, and the University of Wollongong. A car will make exploring the coast and escarpment even easier. The Studio Your private studio is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. High ceilings, fresh finishes, and a queen bed with premium Australian cotton linen make for a comfortable stay. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, or even a child who can share the bed with parents. A 55” Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, fan, iron, and plenty of extra storage add to the convenience. For extra comfort, the studio also includes a stylish armchair for relaxing, plus a dining table that doubles as a handy work desk. Ensuite Bathroom The studio has a well-maintained ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel so you can pack a little lighter. Fresh cotton towels are also included. Kitchenette PLEASE NOTE: No cooktop nor kitchen sink. While there is no stove, oven, or sink, the studio includes a well-equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge, utensils, crockery, mugs, and wine glasses. We provide cleaning supplies for light dishwashing (to be done in the bathroom sink). The pantry is stocked with essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, spreads, cereal. Surroundings The true highlight of this studio is the tranquil escarpment view. From the front garden and private patio, you’ll look out across neighbouring trees and rolling hills, creating a serene backdrop that makes the space feel like a retreat. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a day at the beach, or simply take in the natural beauty. Additional Notes Your entry is completely private. The only other space on the ground floor is the garage. We live upstairs and are accessible if you need anything during your stay. Our young daughter and two friendly dogs share the home but the dogs have their own space in the backyard - you may not even notice them. My daughter is at her rebel toddlerhood so our apologies in advance if you briefly hear some of her fussiness while we go in and out the garage 😄 Guest access Guests have access only to the studio and the front yard Registration Details PID-STRA-83318
