Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat sits right on Lime Lake, offering a peaceful, comfortable stay for couples, families, or small groups. Whether you’re exploring nearby Ellicottville or relaxing by the fire pit, this space is designed for a memorable upstate getaway. Come experience lake life just 1 hour from Buffalo! The space Welcome to Lakeview Cottage, a bright and inviting lakefront getaway perfect for both families and couples. The cottage features an open-concept living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area ideal for shared meals. You’ll find multiple cozy bedrooms with fresh linens, a full bathroom, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Step outside to enjoy lake views, a spacious deck, and outdoor seating for your morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Styled with modern coastal charm, the space is light, airy, and full of picturesque moments. In the warmer months, enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and relaxing by the water. When the snow falls, hit the slopes and explore nearby Ellicottville, known for its ski resorts, shops, and restaurants. Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor space, and lake amenities—making Lakeview Cottage the perfect choice for a weekend escape or a longer lakefront retreat. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire cottage, yard, and outdoor patio during their stay. Please note the shed is reserved for owner storage. You’ll have full use of the dock, kayak, and paddleboat for lake adventures, as well as the fire pit for cozy evenings. The grill located between Lakeview Cottage and the neighboring cabin is available for your use (shared with next door). Inside, you’ll have access to the fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, WiFi, and TV with streaming programs—feel free to make yourself at home. To keep Lakeview Cottage relaxing and welcoming for everyone, please keep in mind the following: • Lake safety: Use of the dock, kayak, and paddleboat is at your own risk. Children must be supervised, and life jackets are strongly recommended. • Fire pit: Enjoy responsibly, never leave unattended, and fully extinguish before heading in. • Shared grill: Clean after use and be considerate of neighbors. • No parties or events. Family- and couple-friendly stays only. • Check-in/out: Check-in after 3 PM; check-out by 11 AM, unless prior arrangements are made.
