Nakagawa-cho in the northern area. The Teshio River, the northernmost river in Japan, flows through the center of the town, and there are Ainu legends about Rishiri Island on the majestic Mt. Penge and Mt. Panke. This is a place where "nothingness" exists. A town where the people of Hokkaido are fascinated by and move to. TeshioNakagawa Vacation House has been completed in Nakagawa Town. The facility incorporates wood from Nakagawa Town and the work of artists throughout, creating a unique space. The playful interior is also one of the attractions, with chandeliers made of Ezo deer antlers, a single-board table made of high-quality solid ginkgo wood, and furniture remade from movie theater seats. There are Pompila Onsen and a grassy campsite nearby, where you can enjoy the starry sky at night and see the aurora borealis in winter if you are lucky. You can also encounter wild animals such as Ezo deer and foxes. A special experience with nature awaits. Perfect for families and groups, as well as for relaxing and enjoying nature on your own. 📶 WiFi is available. We also have a projector and Bluetooth speakers, so you can enjoy a special time watching movies and listening to music. Especially during the snow season, it is very dangerous if your tires get stuck in fresh snow or snowdrifts and you can't move. 2. Please use the parking space in front of the facility (kindergarten side). During the snow season, snowplows come in at night, so parking outside the designated area is strictly prohibited. In addition, the facility will not be responsible for any trouble when parking. 3. To avoid water pipe bursts in winter, please keep the stove next to the kitchen on the first floor lit at all times, even when you are sleeping or going out. 4. Linen and amenities Face and bath towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided, but no amenities such as toothbrushes are provided. 5. There is no accommodation fee for children other than infants. The price is the same as for adults because the work of washing linen, cleaning, etc. is the same for adults and children. 6. Pets We are "pet friendly", but please refrain from bringing cats (I, the owner, am allergic to cats!) Please. 7. Shopping for food, etc. Please note the closing times when purchasing food, etc. as the food supermarket closes at 7 pm (6 pm on Sundays and holidays) and the convenience store closes at 11 pm.
