Upper floor: master bedroom with XL queen bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the private terrace with XL Jacuzzi for exclusive use. Also an additional guest bathroom. All rooms feature air conditioning, high-quality mattresses, and ample room to enjoy with family or friends. Additional apartment (2 bedrooms + convertible living room): 2 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. Large room with Japanese panels that allow part of the space to be converted into an extra room. Queen sofa bed and single sofa bed for extra capacity. A private balcony to enjoy the outdoors, have a drink, or relax in the evening. Check before organizing. 🌙 Terrace: There is no time limit; you can enjoy the whole night as long as you maintain order, sanity and respect for the neighbors. 🛁 Jacuzzi: Natural water at room temperature, not hot. 🧼 Towels: Do not use them as a mat or to remove makeup; if they are damaged, you will be charged for their replacement. ⚡ Long stays (28+ days): Electricity is not included. A fixed fee of 100 USD applies, and if consumption exceeds that amount, the guest covers the difference.
