Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent them from entering. 📝 House Rules Summary • No smoking or vaping • No parties or fireworks • Must be 21+ to book and booking guest must stay on-site • Please notify us in advance of birthdays or celebrations A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging. "Your information is processed through a secure banking system widely used in the short-term rental industry. No sensitive details are shared with us or any of our team members." ✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay. Pet Fee $50 per pet You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload a valid government photo ID in order to complete your reservation.
