Thank you for considering our family's condo in sunny Myrtle Beach for your vacation destination! This is a first floor, corner unit with covered parking. We hope this vacation becomes a tradition for your family and friends like it has for so many others. Recently added: -Hard floors through out main living areas and bathrooms -New carpeting in bedrooms -New A/C Unit and Hot Water Heater -Fresh Paint Some amenities include: -Full Kitchen Appliances (Cleaning supplies located under the sink if needed) -Keurig Coffee Maker (Be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups) -Glasses, dishes, utensils and silverware -Washer and Dryer (One sample laundry detergent pod is provided) -2 Full Bathrooms (Please supply your own towels and toilet paper) -Two Bedrooms; 1 queen, 2 twin & 1 sleeper sofa (Plenty of pillows, but please bring your own sheets, bath & beach towels, linens, etc.) (Note: If needed there is one set of sheets for queen & twins; please wash before leaving) There are a couple linen rental places you can contact to check on prices. *American Maids: http://americanmaidsofmyrtlebeach.com *Coastal Cleaning: https://coastal-cleaning.net -Living area and both bedrooms have flat panel televisions with standard cable channels -Rear balcony overlooks the main pool area and has views of ocean -Covered Parking We will provide a “welcome bag” with sample dishwasher and laundry detergent pods to get you started.
