Pets are allowed only upon prior request. We are located in Locatello, a few minutes by car from Sant'Omobono Terme, Fuipiano and its beautiful Arnosto. Bergamo is about a 40-minute drive away. Milan about 1h30 by car. Lake Lecco and Lake Iseo are about 1 hour and 20 minutes away. We are strategically positioned compared to the "TET ITALY" route for passionate bikers. Ideal destination for those who love trekking, walks, contact with nature, motorcycle and bike rides. You'll find peace and quiet. The space Both rooms have a private bathroom and can be adapted as both double and double with single beds (if you block the opposite type, just request the change in chat). Each room has a maximum capacity of two people. There are no cribs or baby beds. You will have two beautiful gardens where you can relax. Side tables are available. Guest access You will have two beautiful gardens equipped with tables where you can relax but also have a bite to eat. The property is located on a closed street. If you are coming by motorcycle, you can park directly in our garage. If you are coming by car, I recommend parking along the main street or near the church, in front of a yellow building. Other things to note CHECK-IN 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 21:00, it is only allowed if previously requested and accepted by the facility (you must notify us of your arrival time and any delays, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation without refund). GUESTS AND ANIMALS Persons: It is prohibited to bring unregistered persons in without prior agreement Pets: Pets are not allowed unless communicated and authorized at the time of booking. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and termination of the rental contract. BREAKFAST Breakfast is not included in the rate, and we use the bar a few meters from the property. NO SMOKING Violation results in a penalty of €150. QUIET HOURS AND PARTIES Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud noise, music, and any kind of party or private event are prohibited. Violation results in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and the termination of the lease.
