The space A 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage with a third bedroom that is accessed from the front and rear verandas and has its own kitchenette. Driveway access from the road suitable for all vehicles. Access to 75 acres of land with excellent walking trails for leisurely walks or for those seeking to challenge themselves with hill running or mountain biking. There are animals on the property, these being a pony, a cow, and a sheep, who are all people-friendly and very inquisitive. Three guinea fowl have made themselves at home and will walk around during the day and nest in the trees at night. A playground for the kids to entertain themselves, which can be viewed by the adults from the front veranda, and space to kick a ball. We do ask that the gates be kept closed to ensure the animals remain inside the paddock. Guest access All areas of the farm are open for you to roam, wander, and picnic. Property access is by gates.
