House in the heart of the Baronnies

Welcome to our home! We offer a house at the foot of the Pyrenees at the entrance to the Aure and Louron valleys. Quiet location and close to all amenities. Lannemezan 15 min (supermarkets, shops and services) La Barthe de Neste and Sarrancolin 5-10 min (bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, market) Peyragudes ski resorts 40 min, Saint Lary Soulan, Val Louron, Piau for snow sports and mountain biking. Walking or cycling Capvern and Loudenvielle hot springs The space Inside you will find an open room including living room, dining room and kitchen of 40 m2 with a pellet stove. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has a TV and internet (fiber). Upstairs, you have 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds of 90 cm and the other with a bed of 140 cm and bathroom with shower and bathtub. The toilets are separate and there is plenty of storage. In the basement, you have a charming cellar and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A covered garage is at your disposal for 2 vehicles. Outside, a terrace and green spaces to play (petanque and trampoline) Guest access This house is independent but on the same site as ours. Once inside there is no one opposite. Other things to note We provide bed linen and towels for stays. As well as carpets and tea towels. Housekeeping supplies are also available. For the winter period, the house has a pellet stove in the living room and reversible air conditioning upstairs. Pellets will be provided for your stay. Note that beyond the consumption of one bag per day, the surplus will be charged at €8 per bag
