The space features plush white sofas and a set of four modern blue accent chairs centered around a circular coffee table, creating a perfect conversation circle. A large Smart TV is mounted for your entertainment. Please note that while the classic pellet stove adds a touch of character to the room, it is currently decorative and not available for guest use. You have total interior privacy. While the backyard and hot tub are shared, there are no shared interior areas, and you have your own private entrance and private upper deck. Is there parking? You have two dedicated parking spots on the wide concrete driveway. While the garage is not available for guest use, the driveway provides plenty of space for your vehicles with a clear path to your entrance. What is the "No Chore Checkout" exactly? It means your vacation ends on a high note! We don't ask you to do laundry, strip beds, or perform typical cleaning chores. Just lock up and drive safe. How do we access the hot tub? The hot tub is located on the lower patio. You can access this shared area via the stairs leading down from your private deck or around the side of the home. Guest access 🏡 Property Access: You have full private access to the entire upper level of this home, including all bedrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the private laundry room. While there is a separate lower unit on-site, there are no shared interior spaces; your level has its own private entrance and exclusive access to the upper deck.
