If you’re traveling with family or a larger group and need additional apartments in the same building, feel free to contact us for availability. 🌿 Location & Access The apartment is located on a peaceful hillside, offering a quieter atmosphere and more open views compared to the busy town center. The access road has a gentle slope but is generally easy to navigate. Cars, taxis, and private transfers can conveniently drop off and pick up guests directly at the building entrance. 🔑 Self Check-in Self check-in is available via a secure key box, allowing you to arrive at your convenience after the standard check-in time. ⏰ Early Check-in & Late Check-out Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on occupancy and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us in advance if needed. 🛂 Guest Registration In accordance with Vietnamese regulations, all guests are kindly requested to provide a passport or valid identification document before check-in for temporary residence registration. Your information will be used solely for registration purposes and handled confidentially. 🅿️ Parking Paid basement parking is available within the building: • 15,000 VND per entry/exit • 50,000 VND per vehicle overnight Free street parking is often available around the building and nearby public areas. While the neighborhood is generally considered safe, these spaces are public and are not monitored by the property. Guests are responsible for their own vehicles. 🏗️ Surroundings The surrounding area is still undergoing some development, so occasional light construction noise may occur during daytime hours.
