The space 🏡 The Scarborough Family Beachside Retreat – Modern Coastal Living Freshly renovated with a modern coastal design, this townhouse is the perfect getaway for families and groups wanting comfort, style, and convenience just 500m from Scarborough Beach. Sleeping up to 9 Adults + Small Child (trundle bed on request) & 2 Infants (2 cots available) - if you need to sleep more, I have another town house in the same complex that can sleep another 9 people :). DOWNSTAIRS: 🍳 Kitchen Enjoy cooking in the brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and everything you need for both everyday meals and baking. 🛋️ Lounge Room Relax in the spacious lounge with a huge 85-inch smart flat screen TV – perfect for family movie nights or live sport. A fold-down queen wall bed is available (on request) for the 8th & 9th guest. 🍽️ Dining Gather around the large 8-seater dining table, with highchairs available for little ones. We’ve also stocked kids’ and baby plates, bowls, and cutlery. 🧺 Laundry A full laundry setup with washing machine, dryer, clothes hoists, Dyson vacuum, iron and ironing board, plus cleaning supplies for longer stays. UPSTAIRS: 🚿 Bathrooms Two modern bathrooms come stocked with everything you’ll need: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturisers, face wash, hair dryer, straighteners, spa products, and accessories. 🛏️ Bedrooms Bedroom 1 (Main Room) – Large comfortable King bed, ensuite bathroom, split system aircon/heating, wardrobe with drawers and hanging space, block-out curtains with sheers, and private balcony. Bedroom 2 – Queen bed + single bed, study desk, wardrobe, side balcony, ceiling fan, portable electric heater, block-out curtains with sheers. Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan, portable electric heater, plus kids’ toys, books, and games. Living Room (downstairs) - Fold down wall bed available for the 8th & 9th guest. (on request only) 2 cots and a single trundle bed available to set up for additional kids & infants. Smoking permitted only outdoors, away from open doors/windows – please use ashtrays provided. 🎉 Parties & Noise No parties or events – this is a family retreat. Quiet hours are 9:00pm – 7:00am to respect our neighbours. All socialising after 9pm must be moved indoors. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Please notify us before booking. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets (inside & outside). 🧹 Cleanliness Please wash dishes and leave the kitchen tidy. Remove rubbish and place in the correct bins (instructions provided). Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty. 🔑 Safety & Security Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. No unregistered visitors or overnight guests without approval. Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the backyard and with play equipment. 🚗 Parking Guests may park in the secure double garage only. Do not park in the visitor parking at the front of the complex. Do not block driveways or neighbours’ access. 🏖️ Beach Use Please use the outdoor shower to wash off sand before entering the house. Beach equipment must be returned clean and in good condition. 👉 Breach of house rules may result in extra fees, eviction without refund, or loss of security deposit (if applicable).
