We love the sunset views from the balcony and appreciate the quietness and tranquillity of the neighbourhood. There is a well maintained garden with a lemon and grapefruit tree in the backyard. We are close to the city, airport, Swan Valley wineries and a quiet get away in nature. The house is not suited to children. The space Beautiful well appointed home with memory foam mattresses. Eloquent and relaxing home suited to adults only. Air conditioned and run mostly on solar and ev batteries There is a kitchen, dining, bathroom and living area upstairs and three bedrooms, living area and full bathroom downstairs. Guest access Guests will have access to 3 double bedrooms. Other things to note Please note there are strictly no parties or events to be held at the property and the home is not suited to children. During summer, if you would like to use the pool, please note that guests are responsible for basic maintenance, including removing leaves and debris and running the pool cleaner as required.
