It has one bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a real 160x200 sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are bright and comfortable. Outside, private terrace + garden facing the panorama and access to the swimming pool/20-meter lap pool, from May to September. The space The apartment is on one level, and there are 2 bedrooms: one has a 160 x 200 bed, and the other has 2 single beds (which can be pushed together). There is a 160 x 200 sofa bed in the living room. Capacity is 6 guests and one infant. The accommodation is supplied with water from the property's spring. Please use it wisely. For charging an electric vehicle, a 22 kW outlet is located under the courtyard (additional charge, €0.30/kW/h). Ask for an RFID badge to use it. Guests' parking is complimentary. Guest access The pool is accessible from May to September from 11am to 5pm. Outside these hours, use is exclusively for the owners, unless prior agreement is made. Child Supervision Rule at the Pool: Children's safety is a top priority. All children in the pool area must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents. The presence of secure gates around the pool does not eliminate the need for active adult supervision. The owners of the premises cannot be held responsible for any accident, fall or incident at or around the pool. Each adult present is required to remain attentive and contribute to general vigilance to ensure the safety of all. Other things to note Electricity consumption must remain reasonable and in accordance with normal domestic use. The use of equipment with high power consumption (including cryptocurrency mining devices, servers, computer rigs or intensive trading equipment operating continuously) is strictly prohibited.
